I am renting out my cozy apartment located in popular ”Old Limhamn”, just 1 hour commute by train from Copenhagen Central Station. The apartment is partly furnished, a 1.5 rooms apartment of 32 square meters.
It contains among other things the following: Kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub / regular shower, Continental double bed, and good storage possibilities. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a view of a green courtyard.
The area and house are extremely quiet and cozy. Proximity to both the center of Limhamn and the sea, which can be reached within a few minutes by bicycle.
Good connections to Copenhagen and its central station.
The rent is 7250:- per month. Everything is included in the rent (Heating, Water, electricity, Internet / television etc). Fast internet 1000/1000 mgb.
I am looking for 1-2 calm, non-smokers who can take care of the apartment as i am living elsewhere at the moment. I would prefer without pets if possible.
The previous tenants have worked in Copenhagen and everything has always worked out very well. Hence I am hoping to have great tenants in the future as well.
The rental period starts approximately the 25th of December 2023, and takes place for a limited time forward.
