The kitchen is shared and is fully exquiped with oven, kitchen hood, fridge&freezer, microwave, kettle. The apartment also has a washing machine but there is a laundry room available with tumble dry in the building next to you which can be used with a key card.
Cleaning in the apartment is done every week, the comment area as your room and bathroom.
No parking is available on the premises.
Payed parking is available around the building.
No animals are allowed in the apartment.
No smoking is allowed in the apartment, but you can easily smoke outside in the yard.
You will share the apartment with a very modern and quite 43 year old women with a full time job, who is social but prefer a quiet home with alots of privacy. Because the apartment is in 2 levels you will have a lot of privacy as well at the grown floor.
About you:
You must be a respectful and clean individualist with a steady income, who likes to interact and who understands the boundaries of sharing an apartment. You have moved on from the crazy party life but you still like a glass of wine or some cocktails every now and then.
