ROOMMATE WANTED from October 2023

Hey everyone,

We are Maia and Teresa, two best friends that are looking for a third roommate to move into a lovely apartment we found in Roskilde! The location is right next to Trekroner St. which means it’s not even a 10-minute walk from Roskilde University. It’s also located across from a SuperBrugsen and 365discount, so great opportunities for grocery shopping. The apartment is 117 m^2 with a big open shared living space (with a kitchen island:) and two bathrooms. The room in question is 9.5 m^2 and the price would be around 4900 DKK per month including utilities. Move in date will be the beginning of October.

Here’s a little more information about who you’d be living with:
Maia is 24, comes from Denmark, and finished her bachelor's in Linguistics and Sociology at the University of Aberdeen last summer. Since then she has worked remotely as a translator and as a waitress at Sticks'n'sushi in Berlin. She will start a master’s in Interdisciplinary Health Studies at RUC this September.

I’m Teresa, I’m 24 and currently work in HR at a digital real estate company. I’m originally from Austria but lived in Denmark for 5 years when I was younger. Since then I’ve lived in Singapore, the Netherlands, and most recently in Berlin, Germany. I will start a master's in Social Entrepreneurship & Management at RUC this September.

Maia and I met in Denmark at school when we were just 10 years old. Since then we have moved around internationally (to 8 different countries if you combine us both) but our friendship remained strong through all of that. For the past 9 months, we have been living together in Berlin and want to continue to do so now that we’re both moving to Denmark.

For that, we need a third person to join us. We are looking for someone who wants to create a hygge atmosphere at home. We love to cook and eat together and have the occasional board game or movie night.
