I wish to sublet the two most beautiful rooms of my 3 room apartment.

The rooms (approx 40 sqm) are connected by a sliding door (én suite) and both offer access to a large south facing balcony, located on the third floor, above a quiet street, close to Amagerbro metro station.

The rooms themselves are partly furnished at the moment, but this is of course adjustable according to your needs.

The flat has a total of 106 sqm, of which the access in the lease is approx. 85 sqm, with a nice, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom (washer, dryer etc)

Furthermore, you will have access to a large 400sqm rooftop terrace, suitable for sunbathing and bbq´ing, as well as a quiet, secluded courtyard, with a small playground, safe bicycle parking and a lovely green area.

CPR registration is of course possible.

There is a mutual two month period of resignation.
Deposit is a three month´s rent plus one month´s rent in advance. This amount is possible to pay in three parts, upon agreement.

I myself am originally from Berlin, but have been living in Cph since 2009. I consider myself as a quite tolerant and laid-back roommate and would love for a responsible, yet easy-going individual or couple as my new renter.
