We are looking for someone to take over my room starting from March 2nd in Østebro!

Situated in the heart of Copenhagen, around 87 square meters with balcony, nice room including a huge closet in spacious apartment. Perfect location to move all around the city and do some sports, near coffees, shops, supermarkets, bakeries and everything you need.

The apartment is located 4 minutes walking from Trianglen metro station and 4 minutes to the lakes.

You will be sharing the apartment with Enrique, a recently graduated wind energy engineer that likes to do sports on a regular basis and enjoys doing plans over the weekends. He respects privacy and enjoys socializing and doing things together (such as cooking, running and having occasional gatherings).

We are looking for a mature and respectful, tidy, financially stable flatmate, open to not just cohabiting the same space but properly living with others. We hope that you will be keen for a drink on the balcony, weekend dinners, occasional night out, trips, or any other outing roomie that will also respect privacy.

💰 Rent and details:
The rent 7555 + utilities (internet and electricity)/month
3 months deposit + 1 prepaid rent
from march with max duration until December 2024

📅 Move-in Date:
2nd of March, with contract signature ASAP (we will review in next few days the applications and sign contract by next week).
